Hey there, I will be in LA on Thursday doing the letterboxing thing
in the Whittier/Pasadena/Fullerton area.

If you know of any letterboxes up there that are MUST HAVES

let me know

Amanda,
I will be very upset if you visit Pasadena and do not find at least
one of my Halloween Series LBs. There are also several nice boxes in
Descanso Gardens, located in La Canada Flintridge, just a couple of
miles north of Pasadena, which California Bear has recently checked
on and updated, and a 7-Series planted by Leslie in Pasadena's Arroyo
Seco. These three series will net you at least 15 boxes within a few
miles of each other. You may remember me and California Bear at the
SLO Gathering. My stampbook proudly carries both your and Princess
Lea's Nancy Drewish X-change stamps (and Ryans, of course).

Hi Amanda,
The Buzzard knows Pasadena, but if there is a little moisture in the air and you want to catch an LA waterfall in full bloom, you might try our infamous "Millard Falls". During the summer months it is just a trickle. "Swimming in Sierra Madre" is almost a drive by and has an interesting stamp.

Yes, Amanda,
You might want to check out Don & Gwen's infamous Millard Falls
letterbox; not only is it a beautiful hike, but it is the sight of
Pandy's accident. That probably qualifies it as a "Googled" landmark.

Yes, Amanda and Lea are just a couple of nice Drewish girls.
